I'm looking into alternate forms of income. Specifically ones that are online. In my research thus far two websites have gained my interest.

This website allows the user to upload an ad. This ad explains a skill, task, or service the user is willing to do. In my case I'm putting commercials in my webshow (Three Video Show).

This website lets the user search job listings. This open format of jobs people need done seems like a good way to find something, Anything, and do it for cash. I'm searching for video editing or commercial shooting type jobs myself, but I may branch out into picture editing.
Do you make money online? What do you do? Have any tips for others?
